It grants no trademark, civil identity, or rights outside the TOCNP namespace.

Nature of a name

A TOCNP-LITE name is a custom 96-byte on-chain record in this namespace. It is not a coin, bank account, social network, or DNS domain.

External rights

Ownership grants no trademark, civil identity, legal personality, DNS domain, or rights to a name outside the protocol. Owners remain responsible for applicable law.

Self-custody

There is no administrative wallet recovery. Losing your keys means losing control. TOCNP never needs your seed phrase.

Fixed price

An owner can set a price in lamports. The protocol guarantees no value, liquidity, availability, profit, or legal or tax treatment.
